Department of Education – An Overview

Established in 2005, the Department of Education at Jawaharlal Nehru College, Bhopal has been consistently dedicated to nurturing quality educators who inspire change and shape the future. Guided by the belief that “Teaching is the profession that builds all other professions,” the department focuses on developing skilled, compassionate, and innovative teachers.

The B.Ed. program, affiliated with Barkatullah University and regulated by National Council for Teacher Education, blends theoretical knowledge with practical exposure, ensuring a holistic teaching-learning experience.

With modern facilities such as smart classrooms, AV rooms, a rich library, and advanced learning spaces, the department creates an environment where ideas grow into impactful teaching practices.
